Michael Ruglio
President
Mike has 16 years on the job and is currently a Sergeant
for a police agency in Northern New Jersey. During his
time as a police officer, Mike has been involved with the
P.B.A. Executive Board of his local. He also has a
background in organizational structure, with a strong
belief in the effectiveness of sound organizational policy
and procedure. Mike holds a multi-disciplinary Bachelor of
Arts Degree in Business Administration and Sociology
from Caldwell College.

Eddie Carattini
Executive Vice President
Executive Vice President
Eddie has a combined 10 years experience in
corrections and law enforcement. Eddie has been
employed with several agencies including New
Jersey State Department of Corrections, East Orange
Police Department, East Orange, New Jersey and the
Essex County Police Department, Essex County, NJ.
Eddie has also held the position of P.B.A. President
for local #54 and is currently an active Police Officer
in Northern New Jersey. Eddie's diverse background
in law enforcement is a major contributing factor to
the quality of service we are able to provide our
members and customers.

education and law enforcement fields. He is also an
EMT, CPR instructor and is presently a Police Officer
in Northern New Jersey. Steve presently holds a
position on the executive board of his local P.B.A.
Steve's high work ethic and tenacity in research
projects at copcircle.com is a significant contribution
to the overall services we are able to provide to our
members and customers. Steve holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in Education from Kutztown
University.
