About our forums . . .
Our forums are generated by our members who
decide to join the COPCIRCLE.COM social
network. When you use your membership
coupon code to create a site on the social
network, a member can create thier own group
which has forums, blogs, etc. For example, an
officer may create a group for those in a K-9
unit. Once the group is created a forum will
automatically be set up. Only members that
have signed into the social network can
comment on the forums. If you need assistance
